Professional Services Quality Survey: Kick-off 2020

Nottingham University. 11.30-15.30, 13 March 2020.

Professional Services Quality Survey (PSQS):
Learn more and get involved

LEARN

The PSQS 2020 Kick-off meeting is an opportunity for everyone to find out more about the PSQS. Newcomers can expect to discover how their peers have used it to evaluate and improve their professional services; those already familiar can contribute to - and learn from - the growing body of best practice. Whoever you are, the mix of people, content and input will help to set the scene for the 2020 survey.

ENGAGE

The Kick-off meeting is designed to stimulate engagement. Through experiences, observations and lessons learnt, the agenda will guide us through the essentials of a successful PSQS while responding to new insights and enquiries 'on the fly'.
The PSQS team will, of course, be on hand throughout to answer your questions.

PARTICIPATE

By the end of the Kick-off meeting we hope that all attendees - both newcomers and seasoned participants alike - will have sufficient information to make the decision to join us in PSQS 2020.
If not, and we understand that this may need to happen in a wider context, there will still be plenty of time to sign up at a later date.

PSQS: Overview

The Professional Service Quality Survey helps universities to measure the performance of their corporate - or non-academic - service units to provide both internal and cross-institution comparisons.
Each participating institution is compared against aggregated data from their like-minded peers. After all the data is submitted, standard benchmark performance measures are calculated to illuminate how well each service unit is doing and to help to identify relative performance within and between institutions.
PSQS Kick-ff 2020 is the ideal opportunity to join our growing cadre of universities and other higher education institutions and contribute to improved performance and higher standards.
